Collection of Information - Zacc application

We do NOT collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in Zacc.

Anonymous data might be gathered for statistical purposes. Examples of such data are the device type, the version of the app or the version of the operating system, ... This data does not allow to identify you.

Collection of information - Zacc website

No personal data is collected on Zacc's website.
We may collect non-personally identifiable information about visitors in the course of the interaction with our site. Non-personally identifiable information is information that is not personally identifiable about the users, including without limitation user’s browser name, the type of computer and technical information about user’s means of connection to our site, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilised and other similar information.

If the visitor subscribes our newsletter on the site, we will send emails to the subscribers for information related to the Company, such as occasional company news, upcoming events, updates, related product or service information. Detailed instructions to unsubscribe the newsletter are provided at the bottom of such email. The visitor may unsubscribe such newsletter at any time. Upon receiving the visitor's request to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we will immediately remove visitor's email address from our mailing list and stop sending future emails to such visitor.

Terms of Use

Responsibilities

Using Zacc is entirely the user's responsibility. The company cannot be held responsible for any impact Zacc could have, even though the origin of the impact is an unfortunate bug in Zacc.

Premium Version

The lifetime licence gives the user a premium access for life. Should the user replace or erase the device on which he uses Zacc, the licence - and consequently the premium access - can be restored.

The periodic subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in user's iTunes account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription cannot be cancelled for the current period once activated. The auto-renewal can be turned off at anytime in user's iTunes account, without removing user's access to the premium version until the end of the on-going period. Should the user replace or erase the device on which he uses Zacc, the subscription - and consequently the premium access - can be restored if still within the subscription valid timeframe.
